How Do I Place a Custom Order?

You can place a custom LaTink order by emailing us at sales@LaTink.com.au
with a detailed description on what you are after, including size, colour and
style. We encourage use of image examples. Alternatively, you can come to our
showroom and have a chat with our team to place your custom order. This
includes Cake toppers, Wreaths, Outdoor Furniture, Fire Pits & Garden Screens.

What is your Return Policy?

At LaTink, we strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet
your expectations. However, please note that custom made pieces cannot be
refunded due to a change of mind. We put great care and effort into creating personalized
items specifically for you.

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, we are committed
to resolving the issue. Damaged items can be replaced with an item of equal
value, subject to the discretion of the LaTink team. Please contact our
customer support within 3 business days of receiving the damaged product,
providing necessary details and photographic evidence.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our refund
policy.

Can I Cancel a Custom Order?

Once your custom order enters the manufacturing phase, we regret to inform
you that cancellation is not possible. We kindly request that you provide our
team with ample notice for order cancellation prior to this phase. Once
production has commenced, materials and resources are allocated specifically
for your order, making it impossible to halt the process. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in helping us
streamline our operations efficiently. Please ensure you communicate your
cancellation request within the stipulated timeframe to avoid any
complications.

What if my Order is Damaged on Arrival?

If your LaTink order arrives damamged, upon our discretion
we will replace your item with the same item, or one of equal value.

LaTink is located at 1/5 Corporate Boulevard, Bayswater, VIC. We are open
Weekdays 10am - 4pm & Saturdays 10am - 2pm.
